Garden?
A few weeks ago at a monthly welfare meeting at church, Suze Chapman mentioned she wanted to do a gardening class for whoever may be interested and needed a place to host the event.
"You need a place to plant a garden? You can plant one in my backyard if you'd like." I quickly replied before someones else took the free garden.
Suze showed up with her husband and a Roto-Tiller to prep my ground and showed me how to set-up weed-free, virtually maintenance-free black-plastic gardening. Supposedly, I just need to plant and wait. I've planted. I've done nothing else and the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and peppers are starting to come up!
